Nutritional yeast has a light cheese flavor and creates a great flavor for salad dressing.

Ingredients
Serves: 1
2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast (Anthony's Nutritional Yeast Flakes)
1 teaspoon of water
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of black pepper
1/8 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
Preparation
Step 1 In a small bowl, pour the yeast in and dissolve with water. Step 2 Once the yeast is fully dissolved, add olive oil and mix well. Add the salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes. Step 3 Continue mixing until everything has been fully mixed together.
Note: We have tried and recommend using Anthony's Nutritional Yeast Flakes. The yeast flakes are large sized, Non-GMO, Vegan and Gluten Free. It is fortified with B Vitamins including Folic Acid and B12 that is produced by fermentation (not synthetic or animal source).
