Ingredients
Serves: 1
1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
1 banana
3/4 teaspoon of barley grass powder (The one I'm using)
2 ounces of water or choice of juice
Preparation
Step 1 Place the blueberries and banana into a blender. Add the barley grass powder and water or choice. Step 2 Blend for 3-5 minutes until all of the fruit is broken down and the power has completely dissolved and enjoy.
